Η ομιλία θα πραγματοποιηθεί στα Aγγλικά.
O Olav Westphalen, καλλιτέχνης και καθηγητής στο Royal Institute of Arts της Στοκχόλμης, θα μιλήσει για τις συνθήκες και τις αντιφάσεις της συμμετοχής στα κινήματα του avant-garde, στηριζόμενος στα πιο πρόσφατα επεισόδια της Ιστορίας της Τέχνης καθώς και τις εμπειρίες απο την καλλιτεχνική πρακτική του.
Η ομιλία πραγματοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος ανταλλαγής διδασκόντων ERASMUS.

The talk is open to the public, free of charge.
The talk will be held in English.
Olav Westphalen, artist and professor at the Royal Institute of the Arts in Stockholm, will discuss the predicaments and contradictions of working in the tradition of the avant-garde, following the recent episodes in the history of the art and drawing from his own experience as a practitioner.
The talk is organised in the context of the ERASMUS teaching exchange programme.
